All orders are shipped within 1-5 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: sales@novaschoolsupplies.com.au

Exchange or Returns

Return of goods will not be accepted unless prior approval in writing has been given by Nova School Supplies
Returns for credit must be made within 14 days and all goods shall be returned in original condition
Where goods have been supplied by us and we have agreed to accept return of those goods a service fee of 10% of the total value of goods will apply.
Freight charges shall be paid by the customer for all goods returned, unless otherwise agreed by Nova School Supplies
No responsibility will be taken by Nova School Supplies, for any goods lost or damaged in transit while being returned for credit unless otherwise agreed.
Special/Custom orders will not be accepted for return unless otherwise authorized by a Nova School Supplies representative
Large, Bulky Items, and shipping to some remote areas will incur extra charges. Please contact us at info@novaschoolsupplies.com.au for more information.

Returns Process

To return an item, please send email to sales@novaschoolsupplies.com.au

Include the following information:

Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
Your name and address
A description of the item you are returning
Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
